Romantic Comedy Holds Private Screening At Full Sail University

Orlando, FL- Tuesday, July 28 2017 - Lunch Date, a breath of fresh air for the comedy genre, will hold its first screening on August 3rd at the Full Sail University Dubbing Stage at 5:15 p.m.

The short film is about Phillip, a customer service representative at a dating company who falls for Anna, an employee from corporate. Phillip struggles against his own insecurities and his rival for Anna, Eric, an evil HR employee.

Lunch Date is written and directed by Donnie Ray Banks and produced by Kamry Bell. The film was created with the help of over 50 Full Sail Students from the Film Production Masters and Bachelors programs. Many of these crew members were also a part of the film “Magic Mouse,” a Full Sail film that received a nomination for a Best Comedy Student Emmy Award.

The short film stars Jose E. Garza as Phillip, Hedy Nasser as Anna, Aaron Sherry as Eric, and Carmen Fitzgerald as Becky. “You’ll find yourself laughing after it’s over,” stated Kamry Bell, producer of Lunch Date.
